GSC Select (U8-U19)
Our Select Program started in 2003. The Gold Program is broken down into GSC Junior Select (U8-U10) and GSC Select (U11-U19). A GSC Junior Select team chooses to play in a comptetive league ENSA (Eastern Nebraska Soccer Association) and is typically made up of players with similiar abilities to compete at this level. At the U11 level, Select teams are all made up via the tryout process, and this then becomes a select team, with the Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Director of Coaching, and a team of evaluators helping to form these teams.

Over the past few years the Gretna Soccer Club Select program has gone from strength to strength and we will continue to do so by building on the recent successes of the club. These include:

GSC Kinder Kickers (U3-U4)
To answer the demand of the public Gretna Soccer Club now offers the GSC Kinder Kickers program. This is the starter level, of Under 3 and Under 4 age groups. This is an In-House program, consisting of just Gretna teams. We play other Gretna teams, all on our own fields. Our club controls the schedule of this league. Teams will play once a week and prior to the game go through activities to help introduce the Kinder Kickers to the game of soccer. These are coed teams, and along with Micro are the only coed teams in the club.

GSC Micro (U5-U6)
GSC Micro consists of Under 5 and Under 6 age groups. This is an In-House program, consisting of just Gretna teams. We play other Gretna teams, all on our own fields. Our club controls the schedule of this league. These are coed teams, and along with the GSC Kinder Kickers are the only coed teams in the club.

GSC Developmental (U7-U8)
Our GSC Development age group provides a great foundation for development before moving to the GSC Junior Select, GSC Select Program or GSC Recreational Program. These teams will practice together with our Director of Coaching & Assistant Director of Coaching once every two weeks and follow a curriculum and practice plans that follow a logical progression throughout the year.

U7-U8 GSC Developmental teams generally participate in the Sarpy County League. This league is made up of several clubs including (Gretna, Bellevue, Omaha Legends, Phoenix, Papillion, Springfield, LaVista, St Columbkille & Murray).

GSC Recreational (U9-U19)
As a club we want to offer an opportunity for everyone. Those not willing to make the committment to the GSC Select program are offered the opportunity to play on one of our GSC Recreational teams. Also for those not quite ready for the GSC Select Program the GSC Recreational program is a great opportunity for you to hone your skills before moving up to the Gold Program. We have been known to have players start in the GSC Recreational program before moving up the GSC Select or GSC Junior Select Program and becoming one of the top players on the top GSC Select team for that age group.

U9-U12 GSC Recreational teams generally participate in the Sarpy County League. This league is made up of five clubs (Gretna, Papillion, Springfield, LaVista and St Columbkille). We use fields from each club, therefore travel is limited to these 5 locations.

U13-U19 GSC Recreational teams generally participate in the ENSA League. This league consists of any club within a 30-40 mile radius of Omaha. So clubs from Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, Blair, Elkhorn, Papillion and Bellevue generally compete in this league.
