1) Registration for Fall 2010 season will start in mid May.  Any registration form received after July 15, 2010 will require a $15 late fee. Your form will be returned if it is not included. Sorry!  ALL NEW MANUAL-PAPER REGISTRATIONS WILL REQUIRE A ONE-TIME $10 REGISTRATION FEE.

2) All new registrations with our club require a COPY of the birth certificate and the mother/female guardian's birth month and day, 4 digit # (eg. April 4th would be 0404).  If there is no mother/female guardian, then it would be the father/male guardian's birth month and year.   Your child cannot be registered without it. 

3)You have several options for registration: 

a. Register completely online using the LeagueOne  Registration below (preferred).  Online registration will be available starting in May.

b. Print a form off, complete it, and mail it before  July 15. Any registration form received after July 15, will require a $15 late fee. Your form will be returned if it is not included. Sorry!  ALL NEW MANUAL-PAPER REGISTRATIONS WILL REQUIRE A ONE-TIME $10 REGISTRATION FEE.
