U7-U8 GSC Developmental
Our Developmental age group provides a great foundation for development before moving to the GSC Select Program or GSC Recreational Program. These teams will practice together with our Director of Coaching, Assistant Director of Coaching or one of our Club Trainers once every two weeks generally on Monday or Tuesday and follow a curriculum and practice plans that follow a logical progression throughout the year.
U7-U8 GSC Developmental teams generally participate in the Sarpy County League. This league is made up of five clubs (Gretna, Papillion, Springfield, LaVista and St Columbkille). We use the fields from each club, therefore the travel is limited to these 5 locations. These teams are formed randomly in our club and kept together for 1 year. The coach does not choose the team. This is for the benefit on being exposed to various coaching styles and the development of wider range of friendships. We feel this will help prepare them for the GSC Select Program or GSC Recreational Program.
Cost Layout
1. Registration Fee - $90 (per season) - part of Registration fee includes working with Director Of Coaching, Assistant Director of Coaching and/or Club trainers at least once every two weeks
2. Uniform Fee - $15 for jersey
